Bunk Beds - Truly an experience !

There’s really nothing better than bunk beds for maximizing space in a small bedroom. Kids are active and like to climb, so having their bed is several feet off the floor is definitely "cool".

Beside the "cool factor" of bunk beds, there are several practical benefits to choosing one for your child's bedroom.

First, quality bunk beds can last your child from age three on through college. Since most bunk beds can be down-stacked into two twin beds, your child can begin enjoying his/her new room even if they are still not old enough to manage climbing up to the top bunk.

Second, the space-saving features of bunk beds are unparalleled. You can sleep two in the same amount of space that you would normally be able to put a twin bed. With today's homes and their small bedrooms, this is a huge benefit.

Third, as long as you buy a quality bunk bed, you will have no trouble selling it at a later date if you decide your child is ready for something else.

There are also now ASTM (American Society for Testing Materials) safety standards that most manufacturers abide by that go a long way to ensuring the safety of bunk beds.

What this means for the consumer is that any bed purchased from a manufacturer that follows the ASTM guidelines will have sturdily secured guard rails and the positioning of the guard rails is such that little heads are too big to get caught between them, thus avoiding strangulation, and little hands and feet are too small to get wedged between them, thus avoiding broken bones. Also, there is always enough guard rail available to prevent mishaps such as my fall from the top bunk.

So, if you're looking for a bunk bed that you can feel your child will be safe on, be sure to check if the bed is ASTM safety certified.

So are your children ready to move up from toddler beds to bunk beds? Are you looking for a way to make your child want to sleep in his or her own bedroom instead of yours?

Bunk beds are almost a right of passage for kids and no other kind of sleeping arrangement provides the level of fun your child will experience with bunk beds

An easy Falafel recipe

Falafel - as opposed to hummus - is very easy to make, and only a little effort is needed to make it come out great. In case you don’t know what it is - falafel is the second most popular chick pea (garbanzo been) dish in Egypt. And a small, crunchy, chick pea burger tastes delicious.

This recipe is for Arabic falafel, which is very different from the Turkish falafel that you can find in some parts of Europe..and it comes out much better

The Turkish falafel is served in a toasted bread, with some salads and spicy sauces. In Israel, as well as most of the Arab countries, they eat the falafel inside a pita bread, with vegetable salad, pickles, French fries and Tahini.

The Ingredients

25 falafel balls
2 cups of dries chickpeas, soaked in water for 12 hours
Crumbs from 2 slices of white bread
5 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped coriander
1/2 small onion
1 spoon of sesame seeds
1 teaspoon cumin spice
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt, pepper
Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1. Wash the soaked chickpeas and put them in a food processor with the garlic, onion and spices.
2. Grind until you get a rough moist texture. Add a little water if needed.
3. Move the mixture into a large bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and put aside, covered, for 30-60 minutes.
4. Warm the oil - it should be hot, not boiling. Add the baking soda to the mixture and knead a little.
5. Wet your hands and shape little balls (smaller then apricots).
6. Fry until you get a deep brown shade. Serve hot!

The Tropicana, Las Vegas, Nevada

The Tropicana Hotel and Casino was also one of the first of a new breed of casinos.

Although it pales in comparison to the mega-resorts it's still a popular destination. This video is shot from The Strip and Tropicana Avenue, one of the busiest intyersections in Las Vegas.

Been wanting to go to Las Vegas for sometime.

It appears to be a place where everyone has a good time and enjoy until you drop. A friend actually recommended the Tropicana Las Vegas to stay in.

He says it's a great place to stay in to enjoy what Las Vegas has to offer. The picture of Tropicana Las Vegas is absoulutely gorgeous!

It has a huge room which could fit 4 adults comfortably and their buffet menu was so sumptuous for and incredibly cheap too! I learned from a friend that Tropicana is one of the few Las Vegas hotels with a heated indoor pool.

It has its own spa, offering a variety of massages and other services with their Legends Steak and Seafood and the Island Buffet. I guess they appear to be the best!

This is a sponsored post

If you own a small business, perhaps like an HVAC or plumbing contractor, you know how even a small fleet can be a big expense item on your budget. Each day you hope your crews will manage their time and expenses professionally. There's a great deal of trust involved with this, because even with cell phones, there's still a limit to how much tracking you can do, and still be productive as an owner.

So, if you are into trucking companies, like HVAC, roofing, plumbing, construction, sales forces, delivery vehicles, long haul trucking, then, you must check out GPS products from GPS Insight.

What makes GPS Insight vehicle tracking system on top over other companies is because of the following reasons: they provide a 30 day money back guarantee; offers free trials; no long contracts. Their tracking devices take only minutes to install, and ship the same day your order is received just like what was mentioned earlier. You will be tracking your fleet in days, not weeks or months.

GPS Insight is a hardware and web software-based vehicle tracking system which enables you to monitor, track and analyze your entire fleet of vehicles from anywhere in the world. The system plugs into each vehicle's diagnostic port and conveys all the necessary data to GPS satellites and the AT&T/T-Mobile networks. What you get is all the data you could possible need, all without hassle or maintenance. Since the product is web-based, there are no administrative duties like server maintenance or upgrades.

Everything is handled by GPS Insight support and GPS Insight support wiki for customers provides total support throughout the year.

You can also visit Blog for GPS vehicle tracking for more information.

Besides you can also install one in your vehicle and not having to worry about it being stolen. With the amount of vehicles being stolen these days it is nice to know that GPS will keep your asset secure. GPS is now available in almost everything from cell phones to cars.
